Ninja CREAMi Deluxe Recipes

Every recipe on Creambook runs in the Deluxe (NC501), because the bases are identical — only the tub is bigger. The Deluxe holds 24 oz against the 16 oz of the NC300 and NC301, so you multiply every ingredient by 1.5, freeze the taller tub level for the full 24 hours, and process on the Deluxe version of the program. The Deluxe also adds programs the standard model does not have, including Italian ice and slushi, and a two-tub setup that lets you spin half a pint while the rest stays untouched. This page collects the whole catalog — 36 recipes that carry an explicit Deluxe scaling note — so you can spin a bigger pint without re-deriving anything.

The three Deluxe rules

  1. Multiply by 1.5. 24 oz is exactly 1.5× 16 oz, so every ingredient scales the same way. A 1-cup measure becomes 1 1/2 cups; a teaspoon becomes a generous teaspoon.
  2. Use the Deluxe program. The NC501 runs its own tuned cycles — Deluxe ICE CREAM, Deluxe SORBET, Deluxe LITE ICE CREAM, Deluxe MILKSHAKE. The standard program names do not produce the same timing on this machine.
  3. Freeze the taller tub level for 24 hours. The 24 oz tub is deeper, so an angled shelf bites harder here than on a 16 oz pint. Upright, level, a full day.

Each recipe's scaling note carries the exact multiplication for that base, plus what changes on the Scoop & Swirl (NC701).
